Fabienne Roux is an IOC ( international olive council) olive oil expert, sommelier and élaïologist , that term made sens to her as she started to discover virgin olive oils 30 years ago. Elaïologist is an olive oil expert from farm to fork. She educates and help producers to produce with good practices and quality their own extra virgin olive oil. She is French judge of numerous international competitions in differents countries such as Paris iooc, Nyiooc, Dubaï iooc, evo iooc italy... She is also an educator and trains industry professionals, chefs and the general public in high quality olive oils tasting and uses. She offers master classes. She is also a member of the executive committee of the WIOO( Women in olive oil) organization and is in charge of the educational programs.
